How to Perform Sakthichalini Yoga?
- Kneel down with your buttocks touching your feet . Legs should be close to each other . This posture is called “vagrasana”.
- Remaining in vagrasana press both your hands against the abdonen
- Bend forward exhating until you touch your forehead on the floor.
- Breath normally while remaining in this position.
- Return to the vagrasana inhaling.
- Repeat 5 to 6 times, return to normal pose streching your legs.

- Press your hands strongly against the abmens
- Increase the duration at par with your physical ability . You may also increase the recurance at will.
