Healthy Routine According To Yoga
Sleep early , get up early . This is the general rule. How much a man should sleep is not distinct. THe habitual routine is different in different people. A six hour sleep is good for some people, some other people won’t be happy even after 10 hours of sleep. Body nature, mentality, and the type of job are the factors that influence sleep. Sleeping for more than 8 hours is not good. Even reducing the period from 8 hours to 6 hours won’t do any harm to your health. Decide to sleep for 6 hours. Saving the sleeping hours can be utilised for some productive activities like studying . Early morning is the best suitable time for studying. Concentration we get during the early hours of the day are unmatched . The atmosphere too will be healthy and fresh in the morning.
Even birds and animals wake up early in the morning. So how could a human with a super intelligence be an exception to this. If you have such a disorder consciously put and effort rectify that . Excess sleeping means you are lossing the precious time provided by god for you to live in this beautiful planet. Exercising yoga is beneficial for those who suffer from insomnia. Sleep only for two hours after your mid-day meals. Sleeping with fully filled stomach invite nightmares and cause abruptness to your sleep.
Man is the only creature that sleep on his back. This practice is not good. Always sleep on your side facing right. Sleeping on your back obstruct the digestion process.
Sleeping over a rubber foam mattress is not good for health. Sleeping on a foam mattress disturb the normal inclinations of the backbone and affects the blood circulation.
First thing to be be done after sleep is to pass stool. Regulate time for that. Postponement and preponement affect the process. Never apply strain. Drinking one or two glasses of water helps normal motion. Water helps to clear your indestines too. Eating lot of vegetables and fruits helps to regulate motion.
Drinking water one hour prior or after the meals is also good for health. Compulsory intake of water has to regulated to 6-7 glass per day.
Next in your routine is brushing of the teeth. Though yoga does not recomment the use of toothpastes for cleaning your teeth it is left to personal preference of individual. Toothpastes are made from animal bones, crushed and made into paste form then added with some cleaning agents and aromatic chemicals.This is then packed in attractive tubes and made available for general public. Yoga recommends conventional techniques for toothpastes. Conventional natural methods won’t harm your teeth and increase its lifespan.
Taking bath is the next among the routine. Morning bath is strictly in the traditional yoga. Bathing refreshes both mind and body. Yoga doesnot recommend the use of soap.The soaps contain cleansing agents that wipes out the natural oil from the surface of your skin. Also soap may blocks the pores in your skin. Yoga recommends the use of natural cleansers for soap.
Attain enlightenment is the ultimate aim of performing yoga. Enlightenment otherwise means attaining divine power. Knowing oneself is the way to attain enlightenment. Know your power residing in you and nurture it with care to reach the enlightenment. Suppose we are zero watts now. Constantly improve it through 15, 25, 40, 60, 100, 200…… and so on . This is what we attain through consistent yoga practicing. In order to increase the power one must practise yoga through out your life. Spiritual and physical problems won’t arise in between.
Practice yoga for minimum 40 minutes. Select the ideal asanas for that daily practice it sa in a routine. After the yoga exercise pledge that you are doing this for your self improvement only.
After yoga never hurvy yourself into any deeds or run around. Sit calmly or take a brief walk. Take bath after 15 minutes, breakfast follows , but should be light. Everything should be digested before lunch. It is also important to offer some rest time for your indestine.
While in job the food should be light and easy to digest . Conducting work load and digestion simultaneously is difficult for the body.
A complete meal can follow the work while you are taking rest. Easily digestable liquid foods are recommended. If the work load of your indestine develops it will affect your mind and body.

I love to practice your given TAALSANA because currently I am enjoying my walking medicine since February 2008 after my Chelation Therapy, EECP Therapy, and HLB blood test. TALASANA is much suitable for me while stay at my rest point during performing my walking medicine 40 minutes base on to & fro ‘trip’.
